Motorcycle Accident Lawyer Files Suit Against Drunk Driver

Our Ann Arbor motorcycle accident lawyers recently filed a motorcycle accident lawsuit for a biker in the Lenawee County Circuit Court. The case arises out of a motorcycle accident that occurred at the intersection of US 12 North Adrian highway, Clinton Michigan. Our client was the operator of his own motorcycle involved in an accident with an automobile.

The driver of the car was intoxicated and had a blood alcohol content in excess of .30, which is nearly 4 times the legal limit. The drunk driver turned left in front of the motorcyclist, causing a significant impact.

The motorcyclist suffered catastrophic injuries, including a traumatic brain injury. He will reside in a medical institution for the remainder of his life. The lawsuit seeks damages for his personal injuries and loss of income. No trial date has been set by the court.
