Ann Arbor Wrong Way Car Accident On I-94

Four people were injured in a Michigan wrong way car accident on I-94, in Ann Arbor, near Jackson Avenue, on Sunday, January 23rd.   Both Michigan drivers suffered injuries due to wrong way accident.  Traffic slowed on I-94 due the initial wrong way accident, causing a three car accident as well.  According to police, a driver failed to stop for slowing traffic in the right lane of I-94, rear ending a vehicle, and causing that vehicle to push forward and hit another car.  The rear-end collision caused the driver who failed to stop as well as the driver he rear-ended to suffer injuries. The investigation in both of the Ann Arbor car accidents is under investigation.

Pittsfield Township Car Accident Leaves Ann Arbor Man Injured

Our Ann Arbor car accident lawyers are reporting a story in the news about a Pittsfield Township car accident that took on Carpenter Road.  According to police, a van was driving along Carpenter Road was struck on the rear passenger side when the van attempted to make a left turn into a private drive.  The driver of the van suffers injuries and was taken to the hospital. The driver of the other vehicle was taken to the hospital where blood was drawn to determine his blood-alcohol level.

U of M Student Killed In An Unusual Detroit Car Accident That Involved Semi-Truck

Ashley Thomas, a University of Michigan student, was killed in a Detroit car accident that occurred on M-39.  The semi-truck-car accident took place on Friday, October 23rd.  According to police, the axle of a gas tanker driving in the opposite direction of Thomas broke, detaching dual affixed tires that struck a semi-truck and flew off the truck striking Ashley Thomas’ vehicle.  Tragically, the U of M student was pronounced dead at the scene. Sloan Petroleum Transportation owned the semi-truck and could face charges depending on the outcome of the investigation that is being done by the Michigan State Police.
